Samsung Galaxy Mega Launching in India

Samsung India announces the ‘The Mega Unveil’ that shall run on a micro-site; wherein each consumer who engages with the site shall be called as a “participant”. The Activity will be effective from 25th May,2013 till the launch of the smartphone on 28th May, 2013.

Samsung Indian Private Ltd., today unveiled its Galaxy Mega series of smartphones that come with massive bigger than your head displays. The first two devices in the lineup are unimaginatively called the Galaxy Mega 5.8 and the Galaxy Mega 6.3, with the numerical denoting the display size.

The Galaxy Mega 5.8 features a 5.8-inch qHD display while the Galaxy Mega 6.3 sporting a 6.3-inch HD (720p) display. Both devices run on Android 4.2 and will come with dual-core processors with slightly different clock speeds and 1.5GB of RAM. Both have a 8-megapixel rear and a 1.9-megapixel front cameras.
